The short version: be kind, only share what's yours to share and we'll do our best to deliver every drop of love on time.
The long version is below. By using Lovedrop you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Lovedrop is run by [COMPANY NAME] [LEGAL FORM], [STREET], [POSTCODE CITY], [COUNTRY]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
What Lovedrop does
You create a campaign for someone — for a celebration or a hard time. You invite people to contribute text, photos, videos or voice messages. We deliver those messages to the recipient in the Lovedrop app, spread out over time.
Delivery depends on Apple's notification service and on our other service providers. We can't guarantee that every message arrives at an exact time, or at all, if those services are unavailable.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or a campaign.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- The information you give us has to be correct.
Inviting people
When you add a recipient, you give us their name. Only do that if you may reasonably assume they're fine with it. You give the recipient a link — as a web address, a QR code or a short code. Opening it brings the first message; nothing after that is delivered until you confirm it's really them.
What you contribute
Your messages stay yours. You give us the right to store, process and deliver them as far as needed to run the campaign.
You're responsible for what you contribute. Don't upload anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing or violent, that infringes someone else's rights (for example copyright or the right to their own image), or that you wouldn't want the recipient to see.
We may remove content or block accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payment
Some features need a paid plan. The price is shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, the plan applies to the campaign it was bought for.
Because delivery starts as soon as the campaign runs, a purchase can't be refunded once messages have been delivered — unless the law says otherwise. If something went wrong on our side, write to us.
Liability
We're liable without limit for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we're not liable — in particular not for lost messages caused by third-party services, or for content other people contribute.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Courts at our registered office have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply and you can also go to court there.
